The rules of the Kitchen

Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this website, its games, the Market Run leaderboard, your account, launch alerts and the shop. In plain words.

Effective [Effective date]. Last updated October 13, 2026.

How we handle your information is in the Privacy Policy. The weekly leaderboard prizes follow the Leaderboard rules (coming soon).

The short version

  • $DIPPY is a meme coin made for fun and community. This site, its story and its games are for entertainment.
  • Nothing here is financial advice. Crypto can lose all of its value.
  • The only official contract address is the one on our Official links page and pinned on @DiponSol_. We never DM first.
  • Play fair. No cheating, no using bugs, no pretending to be us.
  • Anyone can play Market Run. To post a score on the public leaderboard you pick a nickname and must be 13 or older. Your nickname, scores and run replays are public.
  • The top 3 each week can win merch and perks, under the Leaderboard rules (coming soon). It is free. You never need to buy, pay, connect a wallet or hold $DIPPY.
  • The shop is coming soon. It sells nothing yet, and nothing is charged here.
  • You can delete your data at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how.

The short version helps you read the rest. The full terms below are the ones that count.

1. Who we are

This website is run by [Legal entity name] (“we”, “us”, “our”), the team behind $DIPPY. In the story, we are the Kitchen.

You can reach us at [Contact email], or by post at [Mailing address].

These terms cover [Website address] and everything on it: the games (Market Run, the jumping game, and Traders Trail, the trading game), the Market Run leaderboard and its weekly rewards, accounts and squads, launch alert emails and the shop page, which is coming soon.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian. They need to agree to them too.

The weekly leaderboard rewards also follow the Leaderboard rules (coming soon). If those rules and these terms ever disagree about the weekly rewards, the Leaderboard rules win.

3. Who can use the site

  • You must be at least [Minimum age] years old to use the site, sign in or sign up for emails.
  • To sign in, you also need an X account. X has its own age rules.
  • To post a score on the Market Run leaderboard, you must be at least 13 years old. To win a weekly reward, you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Leaderboard rules (coming soon) list everyone who can win.
  • You may not use the site if it is against the law where you are, if you are in [Restricted places], if you are in a country under U.S. or other applicable sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.
  • This site does not sell crypto. If you choose to buy or sell any crypto somewhere else, including $DIPPY, you must be an adult where you live and follow the laws there.

4. What this site is

Tallowmere is a story world. The characters, places and events are fictional. The games are for entertainment.

Some pages are written in the story’s voice. Story text is never an announcement about the real coin. Real news comes from @DiponSol_, in plain words.

If story text and these terms ever seem to disagree, these terms win.

5. Not financial advice

$DIPPY is a meme coin made for fun and community. Nothing here is financial advice.

Nothing on this site, on @DiponSol_ or in our emails is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. None of it is an offer to buy or sell anything, and none of it is an offer or a request to buy or sell securities or any other investment. Nobody here is your adviser. Do your own research, and if you need advice, ask a licensed professional where you live.

Market Run and Traders Trail are games with made-up candles and made-up prices. Doing well in them does not mean you will do well in real markets.

6. Crypto and meme coin risk

Please read this before you buy, sell or hold any crypto, including $DIPPY.

  • Prices can swing hard and fast. A meme coin’s price depends on what people are willing to pay for it at that moment. It can fall to zero and stay there.
  • Blockchain transactions usually cannot be undone. If you send crypto to the wrong address, or to a scammer, it is almost always gone.
  • Your wallet is yours to protect. You are responsible for your wallet, your private keys and your seed phrase. If you lose them, nobody can get them back for you, including us.
  • Other systems can fail. Blockchains, wallets, exchanges and launch platforms can have bugs, go down or be attacked. We do not control them.
  • Laws change. Crypto rules differ from place to place and keep changing. A new law could affect $DIPPY or what we are allowed to do.
  • It may not be allowed where you live. Buying, selling or holding meme coins may be limited or against the law in some places. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, and for any taxes you owe.
  • Only use money you can afford to lose completely.

7. No guarantee of value

$DIPPY is a meme coin for fun and entertainment. It is not an investment, and you should not expect a profit from it.

We do not promise that $DIPPY, or anything else connected to this project, will have any value, keep its value, go up in price, be listed anywhere or be easy to sell.

Holding $DIPPY does not make you an owner of anything. It gives you no share of profits, no dividends, no vote and no claim against us.

Plans described on this site, such as new chapters, the games, the full Dippy game app or a second token, can change, be delayed or be dropped. A plan is not a promise.

The only official contract address is the one on our Official links page and pinned on @DiponSol_. If someone DMs you a different address or a ‘new’ Dippy token, it is not us.

  • We never DM first.
  • We will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key or any password.
  • We will never ask you to send crypto to claim a reward, fix a wallet or join a giveaway.
  • To claim a leaderboard reward, we will never ask for a password, seed phrase, private key, wallet connection, payment or “fee”. Anyone who does is a scammer.
  • This site does not ask you to connect a wallet. If that ever changes, @DiponSol_ will say so first.
  • People can copy our name, art and characters to make fake accounts, fake coins and fake websites. We do not run them and we are not responsible for them. Check every link against Official links and the pinned post on @DiponSol_.

Seen a fake? Report it on the platform where you found it, and tell us at [Contact email].

9. Your account (Sign in with X)

You do not need an account to play. Without one, your squad and your progress are saved on your device only.

If you choose Sign in with X, we use your X account to know it is you, so your squad and progress can follow you to other devices. X asks for your permission first. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what X shares with us.

  • We never post, follow, like or send messages on X for you.
  • Keep your X account safe. You are responsible for what happens through your signed-in account.
  • If you think someone else is using your account, sign out, change your X password and tell us at [Contact email].
  • Your use of X is covered by X’s own terms.
  • Accounts are new. Saves can be lost or reset, especially while we fix problems.

10. Play fair

When you use the site, do not:

  • cheat, use bots or scripts, or edit saves or scores to get ahead;
  • use a bug to get coins, items, ranks or rewards (if you find one, tell us at [Contact email] instead);
  • pretend to be the Kitchen, @DiponSol_, a team member, a moderator or another player;
  • use the site, or anything made with it, to scam, phish, spam or harass anyone;
  • use the crew or their pictures in hateful, threatening, sexual or illegal ways;
  • try to break or overload the site, or get into accounts or data that are not yours;
  • break any law.

On the Market Run leaderboard, these also count as cheating:

  • using bots, macros, auto-clickers or any tool that plays for you;
  • changing the game’s code, or playing a changed copy of it;
  • sending fake or edited scores to our database, or sending scores any way other than playing the game;
  • using a bug or glitch to raise your score;
  • one person using more than one nickname to take more than one place, or playing on someone else’s nickname.

If you do any of this, we can reset your progress, remove your scores and nickname, take away items, ranks or rewards, disqualify you from the weekly rewards, or block you from the site or the leaderboard. We decide this at our discretion.

11. Game items and rewards

Sauce Coins, Sauce, XP, ranks, titles, codex pages and the other things you collect in the games are game items.

Gameplay is how DIPPY, the community and game coin, gets farmed.

Any rewards connected to gameplay are subject to the rules @DiponSol_ announces for them, including who can take part, where and when.

  • Game items cannot be bought, sold or traded on this site.
  • Progress saved on a device can be changed by anyone using that device, and it can be lost.
  • We can correct, reset or remove game items, scores and ranks, for example to fix a bug or undo cheating.
  • We can change how the games work, including prices, ranks, items and the rules of each mode.

Weekly leaderboard rewards

Each week, the top 3 players on the Market Run leaderboard can win Dippy merch or perks. These rewards are covered by the Leaderboard rules (coming soon), which explain who can win, how winners are checked and how to claim.

  • The weekly rewards are merch and perks only. They are never cash, crypto or tokens, including $DIPPY.
  • The weekly rewards have nothing to do with $DIPPY. You never need to buy, hold or own $DIPPY, or any other coin, to play, to post a score or to win. Buying anything does not help you win.
  • We do not promise that the weekly rewards will keep going. We can change, pause or stop them, as the Leaderboard rules explain.

12. The leaderboard and nicknames

Anyone can play Market Run without signing up. If you want your score on the public leaderboard, you pick a nickname. You do not need an X account, an email address, a wallet, a purchase or any $DIPPY.

  • You must be 13 or older to post a score.
  • Nicknames are 3 to 16 letters, numbers or underscores.
  • Your nickname is public. The leaderboard shows your nickname, score, distance, number of runs and squad character. Anyone can watch the replays of leaderboard runs.
  • Your nickname is tied to your device. The site keeps a secret player key on your device. If you lose the device or clear this site’s data, you lose access to that nickname, and we cannot get it back for you.
  • You can delete it. The “Delete my leaderboard data” button on the Market Run page removes your player, nickname and runs. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Nicknames we do not allow. Do not pick a nickname that:

  • contains slurs, hate or harassment;
  • is sexual;
  • pretends to be another person, a brand or the Dippy team, for example names using “Dippy”, “official”, “admin” or “mod”.

We may block these nicknames when you pick them. We can also rename or remove any nickname, remove scores, and ban players from the leaderboard at our discretion, for example if a nickname breaks these rules or a player breaks the play fair rules.

The leaderboard is new. Scores can be corrected, reset or removed, for example to fix a bug or undo cheating.

13. Your squad

When you join a squad, you pick one of our crew members. That crew member is who you are on the site and who you play as in the games.

  • You can change your squad at any time.
  • We save which squad you picked on your device, and in your account if you sign in, so we can show it back to you, for example in the account chip and in the games.
  • The crew, their names and their pictures belong to us (section 14). Picking a squad does not give you any rights in them.
  • Share on X opens X with a message you can edit. Nothing is posted until you post it yourself.

14. Our characters and art

Dippy, the crew, Tallowmere, the stories, the art, the films, the games and the code on this site belong to [Legal entity name] or to the people who licensed them to us.

Fan art and memes made for fun are welcome. Do not sell them, do not present them as official, and do not use them for scams. For anything commercial, ask us first in writing at [Contact email].

Other names on this site, such as X, Solana, Supabase, Kit and pump.fun, belong to their owners. We use them only to tell you where things are. The platform icons on the Socials page are simple drawings, not their official logos.

Copyright complaints. If you think something on this site copies your work without permission, send a notice to [Contact email]. Please include:

  • what your work is;
  • where the copy is on our site (the page link);
  • your name and how to reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law;
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the work or may act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We will look into it and remove the material if needed.

15. The shop

The shop is coming soon. There are no products, prices or orders on this site yet, and nothing is charged here.

  • No payment, no wallet, no cart. We do not take money for merch on this site yet.
  • When the shop opens, @DiponSol_ will say so. It will have its own terms for payment, shipping, refunds and exchanges, and you will see them before you pay.
  • We never sell merch through DMs. A merch link sent to you in a DM is not from the Kitchen.

16. Emails

If you sign up for launch alerts, we email you about Dippy coin launches. That is what you signed up for.

  • Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and the emails stop.
  • Our emails will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or password, and will never ask you to send crypto.
  • A launch email points you to @DiponSol_ to check the contract address. Always check it there.
  • Emails are sent through Kit. The Privacy Policy explains what that means for your email address.

17. Other services we use

The site depends on other companies:

  • X for Sign in with X;
  • Supabase for accounts, saved progress and the Market Run leaderboard;
  • Kit for launch alert emails;
  • [Hosting provider] to host the site;
  • Google Fonts for the site’s lettering;
  • jsDelivr to deliver the sign-in code.

The site also links to other places, such as pump.fun, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. All of these have their own terms and privacy rules. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they do, what they show or when they go down.

None of these companies sponsor, endorse or run the Market Run leaderboard or its weekly rewards.

18. The site is provided “as is”

We work hard on the site, but we offer it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always work, that it will be free of bugs, that your saves will last forever, or that it will be available everywhere.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties about the site, the games, $DIPPY or anything connected to them, other than what these terms say.

19. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not responsible for losses that come from buying, selling or holding any crypto, including $DIPPY.
  • We are not responsible for scams, fake links or fake accounts run by other people, or for services we do not control.
  • We are not responsible for lost game progress, lost saves, lost scores or a lost leaderboard nickname.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost chances.
  • If we are found responsible for something anyway, the most we will owe you in total is [Liability cap].

Some places do not allow some of these limits. If you live in one, they apply only as far as your local law allows, and you keep every right your local law gives you.

20. Changes

We may change the site, the games and these terms. When we change the terms, we update the date at the top of this page. For big changes, we will also post on @DiponSol_.

If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

21. Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time and delete your data. The Privacy Policy explains how.

We can suspend or end your access, or remove your account, saves, nickname and scores, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we close the site, a game or the leaderboard.

Parts of these terms that should keep applying after that, such as the risk warnings, the limits on our responsibility and governing law, keep applying.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law / jurisdiction].

If you have a problem, please contact us first at [Contact email]. We will try to sort it out with you.

If we cannot, disputes will be decided by [Dispute forum]. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right.
